Hi Team,

I have been following up with Amazon India’s customer service since 20th July regarding my refund initiation status of the laptop that was ordered from Amazon and the order was picked up on 15th July and reached its Fulfillment Center at 17th July, 2021. Since then I have been following up with their team regarding issuing my refund amount as I need that to purchase laptop but however the Customer Support is providing false updates that they are going to issue refund soon over the last 4 days of my follow up and I will be getting a mail confirmation. But, however there aren’t any updates/status in the order portal. I would like to file a complaint against Amazon from providing wrong updates and intentionally delaying my refund.
