I am Vivek Kapoor from Ghaziabad and few days back i got a call ( Mobile No 8605566987 ) from the company called Hirejob & Freelancer having registered office at 145/5, Near 56 Dukan, New Palasia Mahatma Gandhi Road, Indore ( Madhya Pradesh ) 452001 that claims as an outsourcing organization that allocates freelancing projects. At the time of discussion regarding contract, she has not told me about the penalty clause & membership fee, just told me that I will submit 550 forms in 5 days and they will pay Rs. 35/- per form. Thereafter she sends me one link and told that I go on this link and submit the form duly digitally signed for further action. I had submitted the same and request her that before generating any login id, please share some demo forms, so that I can understand that whether I am in the possible to work on that or not. But she had not sent the demo forms & generate the login credentials without my consent and sent the copy of contract through whats app. But while gone through the contract, I had observed that it is a single sided contract & also have the penalty clause with the membership fee clause. Thus I make the return call to her and request her that what so ever login credential you had created, please cancel the same immediately because I cannot full fill your requirement & could not finish the work in 5 days. Then she told that now if I want to cancel the contract, then I have to pay Rs. 7,080/- including GST to them otherwise they will take the legal action against me.

Today I received a call from 9558674833 and 9974405820 who claims to be an advocate Vijay Rathod from Indore threatening me  to pay Rs, 7080/ as a penalty because I had refused to work for the company otherwise they will send me a legal notice. It’s a big scam to exploit the sincere unemployed youth who are seeking freelancing projects and are being duped by these scamsters. Mine is not the only case ,there are many person like me who have been duped and harassed by these scamsters. PLEASE TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTIONS AGAINST THESE CULPRITW WHO ARE A BLOT ON THE SOCIETY.I am damn sure that the harassment will continue and there are many innocent youth who will be exploited by this fake organization.
