 I ORDERD PRODUCTS FROM JIOMART ON 16 August with order no 15975608589129532M
Delivery date MENTIONED while ordering is 18 August.I received my products on 20.  I tried to contact jiomart customer care a lot of times but no response.On 20 th august JIOMART DELIVERED MY ORDER AND THE invoice number is

255111720501457 and invoice amount is 1239.44

In that Order sugar 5kg ,potato 2kg,chocos 150gm pack 1 and the complimentary facemask also missing. Again I tried to contact the customer service and direct showroom in perrorkada but no response.I send email to customer service but no response .Please find solution.I orderd online because of covid 19 .In this scenario go outside for purchase these products is difficult for me because in my house my parents aged 70 years and 84 years old.And my son 3 year old .so in the current scenario very difficult to go outside for me.I ALREADY paid the amount for these products on 16th August.please don’t ignore my mail.
