Ordered goods by order number 15953919479014544A on 22 July 2020. Was supposed to be delivered on 24 July 2020. Order not received by me and neither delivered by them. After repeated calls and emails to them, there is no refund nor they give me a satisfactory response. When I call their helpline, after a wait of at least 15/20 minutes they come on line to again put me on hold and disconnect after 5/10 minutes. Need help.
