I was searching for a job on olx.com few days back, i have applied for many data entry jobs over there. So around 1 month back, I received a call for form filling captcha typing job, so they told me that i have to fill 10000 captcha in 10 days and i have to pay registration charges of 5000 which will be deducted from my first salary, i thought its ok if registration fees is going to be deducted from my first salary because atleast i will be not having any fear of fraud if i pay before doing the job. So, i agreed for the job but they are not providing for any employee id and data ans again call me after 10 day your mail id is not be provide emoloyee id and send to other mail i sent other email i received login id but there are not correct and i said employee id is invaild they are not rply me and block my no. And after few day i received a call they told me that, ‘You are not submit work’.i will not be eligible to receive any payment from them + i have to pay the penalty charges of 5000. So, i agreed and after that i received an email stating an agreement between me and the company which is not even signed by me, and then after i thought to complete the work given by them so that i don’t have to pay them, but i have not received any employee id.they are fraud me 2 compnies TNE SOLUTION , AND AR ENTERPRISES. Now they are threatening me by saying that if i do not pay that penalty charges of  5000, legal proceedings will be taken against me, case will be filed against me. This is totally fraud, why i should pay if there are not work provide for me . So, i just request the legal authorities to take action against them please.
