I ordered on 16th August, it showed a delivery date on 18th August. then it got shifted to 19th and today on 19th it is showing 20th August.
I have received my order on 20th august. But i have been billed for the item that i havent received and there are 2 items that i have neither been billed nor received.
Amul butter i have been billed but not received yet. Spoke with the delivery person who came to deliver he said he will come in a day and deliver it. But since 2 days he isnt picking my call. The amount of amul butter 500 gm is INR 218 for which i dont have any information where is it, when will i get and how to process for refund because the app as well as whatsapp number both are pathetic.
I have received message that the amount will be refunded for only 2 products for which u havent billed me but actually it should also include the amount of amul butter also which i havent received. So the total amount of refund instead of INR 104 should be INR 322.
