Hi,
I order goods from Jiomart , out of that one item(Amul Butter 500Gm 2 quantity, delivered only 1) was not delivered in full Order Number order no. 16030934209052929W. So a ticket was raised first 6032672364. No action was taken but the ticket closed. Then I called up once more they apologized and opened another ticket, again no action was taken. Always they say its a technical issue, some agents say refund would be provided , sometimes they say product would be delivered, you would get a call from backend team etc. etc. all lies and time wastes. Then I called again and another 6035209830 ticket was raised with same excuses. No actions.
