Text of Complaint by Vineesh V:

Sent multiple mails and tried reaching out numerous times for an inquiry, however all attempts went in vain.

No response from the contact center, mail desk even appellate team too. I am in Saudi Arabia and my SIM is in my home town, which is in Kerala. Since I wish to retain my number I still pay monthly fee for a non-usage.

I made the payment of my post-paid connection however the message I received was about an unsuccessful transaction. The amount paid was INR 778.43 on 17th Oct. The amount was debited from the account. I just want to know only the status.

From my registered email ID I sent a mail to vodafone team (customer care & appellate both) and you can always contact my registered email ID or to the ID being used for sending notifications.
