I COULDNT ABLE TO LOGIN TO JIO MART APPLICATION FROM LAST 7 MONTHS. I HAVE LODGED A COMPLAINT SEVERAL TIMES TO THEIR TOLL FREE NO AND ALSO TALKED SEVERAL TIMES TO THERE CS HEAD TEAM FOR THE RESOLUTION FASTER. THEY TOLD ME PLEASE WAIT FOR 48 HOURS AND TILL NOW 7 MONTHS GONE I COULDNT BE ABLE TO LOGIN TO JIO MART APPLICATION, ITS ALWAYS SHOWING INVALID OTP. PLEASE MADE THE RESOLUTION FROM THIS CONSUMER COURT SO I WILL BE VERY MUCH GRATEFUL TO YOU

I am facing the same issue. This is a concern for me as jiomart has app has used my address, mobile number, credit card details. I wanted them to delete my account permanently but they said they cannot.
So they will can misuse my personal data and credit card information which I am scared of.
I dont trust jiomart anymore but I cannot remove my personal identifiable data from their website.
This is a data security issue.
My also same case invalid otp one number 1 year complain but not solve another mobile number is 3month . Not solve it I request to do something sir
Same problem i hav. Shows wrong otp.again and again. Want to delet my account
