Hi,
I had ordered groceries and vegetables on 11th of July 2020 worth Rs. 2753.31, but till now for my order 15944755189040495M I did not receive a single item nor my complete refund.
I have given many complaints (Complaint number 0022927481). Everytime I complain, they create a new complaint number.
From June 13th onwards I’m struggling to get my refund. For the order 15944755189040495M of Rs. 2753.31, I did not get a single item. Yet I just received a refund of Rs. 339.17 only.
What about my balance refund of Rs. 2414.14.
I have called many times and have mailed many times. My query is not attended.
I feel like I have been cheated of Rs 2414.14 or not.
Earlier the status was Returned but now you have updated to delivered.
And now a days JioMart customer Care people are not picking my call and drop the call if they pick.
It has been over a month, when will I receive my items or refund.
I request consumer complaints court to do the needful to such Fraud companies and return the hard earned money to the consumers.
