I paid 6 months advance to JioFiber, and was told my connection will be reinstated upon relocation. When I applied for relocation, I was told the box is full and the connection cannot be made. However, I have already made an advance payment, which JioFiber now refuses to refund. This is despite their inability to provide the service they promised. Several calls to customer care have been in vain. I request you to reinstate the refund in full.
