Jio wifi down from 05-May 2026. Raised a complaint but no action taken till date. Also I am unable to call to customer care team to Escalate. When I tried to call customer care it says there is a temporary service issue and we are trying to resolve the issue and line disconnects. I tried to escalate by sending a mail to Appellat help desk. They created a service ticket. With in two hours I got a message says that your issue solved and closed the ticket. But the issue still persists.
