Text of Complaint by Alpana sharma:

I have a jio fibre connection which is disrupted since 18th May 2026 I had filed a complaint the same evening on which I was informed through a message that a person will come to detect the issue on 19th afternoon then on 19th morning there was an SMS stating that we are eager to resolve your issue so our engineer will come around 10 to 11 around that time. I received another SMS stating that your request has been put on hold without anybody coming at my doorstep and informing me about the issue. Their system is so weird that you cannot file another complaint till the time your request is on hold. I spoke to an engineer who was extremely rude unhelpful and was ignoring what I was saying, and kept telling me things that did not in any way solve my problem. after a while, I could again reschedule a visit for the evening, but nothing happened again. My request was put on hold without giving me any reasons. Later at night I rescheduled again for the morning and at around 9:20 I again receive a message that my request has been put on hold. This is complete Harassment to the customer. Jio has been absolutely unresponsive, rude unprofessional in their dealing. They make false promises when you have to get a new connection but once You are the regular customer they don’t really care. I have a record of their incompetitive Behavior in the past as well. Most ridiculous team ,unwilling workers Who Give you useless excuses and try to
Palm off their responsibility.
