jio sim card jssue.
Here I am a regular customer of your so called jio. Mine mobile number is 8200672040.
Since the previous 2 and a half months I am not being able to send any text messages from this sim. Despite so many complaint to your call center I didn’t not get any solution.
And tody itself I changed my sim to new one as per the call centers advise and after that I am not even being able to receive any call too.
If you can’t solve the problem , at least make it suitable enough to send the message so that I can Port my number to another service provider. Already fed up with the useless services provided by Jio on the name of 4g. Even some cheap companies 2g might work well compared to your 4g.
I hereby request you to please look out and solve my problem , that’s okay from my side that you guys don’t value the customers but at least make it suitable enough to leave.
So please solve my problem.
