Text of Complaint by Garima Gupta:

Dear Sir/Madam,
Reg:
We are happy to share with you we are almost 12 years old customers of Airtel and also having more than 20 Airtel satisfied family members in a same family.
We have got transfer from Gujarat to Indore, MP. That’s why we have approached to the Airtel Store Indore for State Portability for Postpaid No.  9981599814 on 25th June 2019. But your Airtel Store staff (having mobile No.8770526868) has done wrong Portability from Postpaid to Prepaid instead of Postpaid to Postpaid.
We have requested them so many times to activate at least the data, they have changed SIM 2-3 times stating by mistake they had converted it to Prepaid instead of Postpaid. Now we have to bear again Rs.300/- as conversion charges. For activation of Mobile we have done recharge of Rs. 119/- as advised but after consumed the mobile data of 1GB we are unable to recharge it again.
Now almost 2 weeks of follow up are over, we are totally harassed by your Airtel staff,  Indore (having the mobile No. 8770526868). She has mislead us by stating various reasons.
Hence,  we request you to trained your staff Properly and also warn her for this type of irregularities.
Kindly activate/update my mobile data at the earliest,  then port it as Postpaid only. Otherwise we have better option for Mobile No. Portability and approach to consumer court.
