Dear JIO team,

Ref Id- 15975052119666370A order placed on 15th  August 2020..

JioMart_BD transaction ID no:- SPT29118694671,

Paytm wallet Txn ID: 30799363599,

SBI bank Transaction ID:- 20200815110326537118IGAJEQFTZ4

AMOUNT: Rs. 2128.5/-

I am writing this to you all after fed-up with your poor customer care network. Neither you have accepted my order neither done order cancellation and even no refund till date. Everything is such time consuming & become irritation after 5 days continuous followup for petty things

Customer care no. 1800 890 1222 is not answerable after hold 10-15 minutes…no response.
