I ordered Paneer and after 7days of delivery(18Dec 2020), I decided to open and cook after all the mfg date was 17Nov 2020 and expiry of product is after 45days, thanks to JIO Mart for providing me such a new product which is really close to expiry.
Now when I open the paneer is completely spoilt there was such a bad foul smell that I can’t even think of, so I raise a issue and what JIO Mart says is they just have 3days of exchange policy so they want customers to do a quality check on products delivered by them by 3days, or it is customers loss and that they don’t care.
Suppose maybe I was new to cooking and I didn’t know about it and I consumed it would JIO Mart be responsible if I faced any health issues because of this,? no they think they really have a good storage and I highly doubt it now as this is the second time, the first time when it happened it didn’t had a foul smell but it had some fungus growing.
I REALLY DONT BELIEVE JIOMART IS TAKING CARE OF THE QUALITY OF THE STORES and are delivering customers all defect products.
I hope necessary action has been taken on this as they really don’t care about anything other than profiting their own business
So I am writing this so that a necessary action be taken on JIO Mart as I believe they don’t really take care how the storage of their items is.
