Dear sir

My name is vikas agarwal I had booked an order with jio mart date 31 dec 22

Jio mart deleverd that order to on 1 Jan 2023

When I chack that order ther is 3 item misssing

Than I complaint suddenly to jio mart

After that they send me a massege that they will refund me 157 on my resister mobile no

But after passing 17 days my money not refunded by jio mart

And no solution at there end

Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible
