I HAD ORDERED MY IPHONE 11 FROM JIO MART ON JANUARY 21. AFTER 03 DAYS! MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED WITHOUT ANY PROPER REASON AT ALL AND SINCE THAT DAY, I HAVE BEEN CALLING JIO CUSTOMER CARE FOR MY REFUND. THEY ALWAYS ASK TO WAIT 48 HOURS FOR THEM TO RESOLVE. BUT NO ANY WORK SEEMS TO BE DONE FROM THEIR END. THEY ARE NOT EVEN TRYING TO CONTACT ME FOR RTAKING MY COMPLAIN . ALL THEY DO IS REPEAT SAME PHRASES AGAIN AND AGAIN. JIO MART IS NOT PROVIDING ME REFUND EVEN AFTER 15 WORKING DAYS AND THEY ALSONOT PROVIDING ISSUE OR REASON FOR DELAY IN REFUND. I HIGHLY SUSPECT THE MIS-SUE OF MY MONEY AS IS IS NOT JUST A MEASLY AMOUNT BUT WHOLESOME OF 41,200 /- RUPEES. I BEGGED THEM, REUESTED TEM,GOT ANGRY ON THEM, DID EVERYTHING I COULD DO, EVEN MAILED THEM SEVEREL TIMES BUT DID NOT GET ANY FEEDBACK FROM THE. SUCH AN HEARTLESS ORGANISATION. PLAYING WITH CUSTOMERS’ MONEY AND PATIENCE AND TIME. PLEASE SOMEONE HELPO ME IF THEY KNOW HOW TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM!
