on 31/08 i’ve done the recharge data booster of 21 rs and money get deducted from my account and i’ve wasted my time on chat and i was assured that my money will be refunded as the recharge was not done properly.
Today again on 11/9 at 05:39 i’ve recharged with the same booster and again money get deducted from my account and again my services not get activated, so again i wasted my time on live chat and that person told me that recharge was stuck and not done, so i provided the screenshot where my bank notify the transaction message and i get the resolution that they cannot do anything and ask me to wait for 24 hours,
so i called on CS of Jio and speak with sr executive Aslam and he told me that the previous was not done properly and again assured me that my money will get refunded and ask me to do another recharge in meanwhile which i did on call and again money get deducted from account and still no service and no manger is available to handle customer and CS gave me answer that they cannot do anything.
this company suck more than other telecommunication company, no network , no service and now i think these guys start stealing form their customer as money get deducted form my account but neither i get the services nor refund. i want my issue to be resolve, consistently 3 time my money get deducted but didn’t received any service. i want my issue to be resolved
