Text of Complaint by Anjali Rajagopal:

I am not receiving any incoming calls on my Airtel connection since August 30th.  Waiting for 2 days time I mailed a complaint to the Customer Care of Airtel Services on September 1, 2018.  I have been receiving calls from Customer Care Services since then. 

Every person who called just kept collecting the details of the problem which was already registered in e-mail in detail.  Since there was no action taken, I wrote to the Nodal Officer, South Zone.  Again the process was repeated.  Only calls from their end but no prompt action.

Next I wrote to the appellate, but no response.  I was advised to change the handset,  change the SIM slot and latch to 2G / 3G.  Everything was done but the problem is yet to be resolved.

I even explained in detail that I am working online from home and that is the reason I opted Rs 448/- plan which offers 1.4 Gb a day. 

For the past 10 days my work is severely affected.  Inspite of having the above plan, I have been going to and fro to browsing centre to submit my work. When latched to 3G mode I receive calls, but that doesn’t support the Internet Services and my work is affected greatly.

Finally last Saturday I was called and assured that their service people will visit me home on Monday 10th September.  It’s 11th late in the evening. 

I didn’t have any people from Airtel meet me or call me in the past 3 days.  I am not sure about the STATUS of my complaint – if it is open or closed.  For the past 4 days 4G is also not working. 

My immediate family, relatives or friends are really annoyed as they are not able to reach me for the past 10+ days.
