Jio internet speed is very slow. I have checked with different handset and from different floor of my house. 2nd floor is working fine with all the handset. But from ground floor and 1st floor it is not working or some time very slow. I have given complain to Jio customer care several times. They are saying that the issue is due to more number of user using mobile internet and Jio is working on to rectify the issue but they can not provide time line to solve the issue.
