Dear Sir,
I am totally frustrated with jio service. Since last one year I am complaining about the Internet issue with jio customer care but no one is resolving this issue actually jio tower is jut 300 meter from my house but still we are having issue with internet speed most of the time it is not working. Being a working professional I am not able to deliver my assignments on time due to this issue because of this my manger is escalating my complain to higher authority. I am totally getting frustrated with this service sometimes getting suicidal thoughts as well when I am not able to deliver my work on time. I request you to please help to get this issue sorted.
