Jio Fiber internet issue : Have raised issue for loss of network connectivity SR000012EHJZ on 27th September. Have received no resolution or attempt from Jio. Frequently called their customer care which they have been promising quick resolution everyday but have now said they don’t have an engineer and I’ll have to wait for 2-4 days for resolution depending on service engineer availability. This is severe breach of contract.
I’ve spent almost 4-5 hrs per day trying to get resolution or some help from customer care but they have been only postponing it day by day and no respite
