At the outset, I regret the inconvenience caused to you.
We would like to inform you that, once the benefits were posted on your number we are unable to refund from our end as we have no provision the
same.
We would like to inform you that the recharge done on 24-09-2020 and 25-09-2020 for Rs. 379/-(Twice) was successful.
Recharge: Rs 379/-
Benefit: Unlimited all calls + 6 GB data + 900 SMS
Validity: Valid till 10-03-2021

been done on the 8879694386.I spoke with Mayank and Sajad from the contact center on the
29/09/2020 however the experience was pathetic as both of them did not
know what they were talking about.I want to lodge a formal complaint for Poor Customer Service and rude
behavior Sajad ahmad Supervisor.Please find attached screenshot of the airtel app from where the
recharge was done however both of your staff were unable to validate
the same.Request you to refund the duplicate transaction as I only wanted a
