I am Jio fiber consumer ( 04435609148 ). I recently relocated from 8121 tower 8 prestige bella Vista ayyapanthagal mount poonamallee high road Chennai 600056 to 9116 tower 9b prestige bella Vista ayyapanthagal mount poonamallee high road Chennai 600056. I had raised relocation more than 20 times using different proofs at given instructed format ( 2mb less & scanned pdf format).still it is being rejected repeatedly. I suspect this is a way jio used to lure money from customer

Yes, I am also facing same issue with JIO. Have uploaded POI and Address Proof multiple times and still it gets rejected everytime. This is pathetic. Sure they are trying to extract money by lapsing remaining subscription.
