I have paid Rs. 2500/- for Jio fiber in online mode when a customer service engineer came on 14.01.2022. I got a message that some one will on same day. But later another message that some one will come for installation on 17.01.2022, later 18.01.2022. Many messages are coming, but no service engineer came.
