Dear Rahul Biswas (Jio)

As per the conversation on call I told you that the amount has been debited from my PNB bank account to Jio account. However your system failed to identify where this debited amount gone. So please again clarify your mail, as from your end you are unable to identify  and I would like to accelerate this issue to higher authorities.

Also for this evidence I had attached the file of transaction success and bank statement (from which the amount has been debited) for your reference in the trailing mail

I understand your concern with regard to recharge deduction.

 

However we do not see any recent recharge transaction in your account for the same.

 

As per our conversation on the call, no amount has been debited from your bank/wallet/card, which indicates that the recharge transaction has not been completed.

Recharge is successful and is active in your account. Whenever any recharge gets successful, an auto generated confirmation SMS is sent on your Registered Mobile Number.

You can also check the status of your recharges in your MyJio App as well. I am sending you an SMS with a link to view the plan details on MyJio App.

If the app is not downloaded, it will take you to Play Store/App store to install the App.

It is bring to your kind notice that my Jio Account/ Phone Number is 91- 1334358427. This number was installed at my home on June 2021 for one month before on trial period (as per the offer provided by you). After completion of one month I recharged the number by the ‘Jio app’ of the amount Rs 470.82 from UPI and payment was done by clicking the payment request at my UPI channel.

During first payment the payment request denied and after that I again pay the bill from the same payment request provided by you. This time the payment succeeded. After that when I check my account I found that two times payment had been debited  for the single payment.

So It is requested you to revert back the payment of amount Rs 470.82 to my bank account.

I will be grateful to you.
