Dear Sir, Mam,
I have booked a flight ticket from coimbatore to pune for which I got reference REF242543858 and after sometime I got a mail that it got cancelled due to some operationalize issue and payment will be Refunded within 10 working days. Now its been 20 day I have been waiting for my payment. Last week I called up customer care of travalook they told me that your payment will be credited by Thursday 15th July but it is still not received. Even their call centre numbers are not getting picked up after my Last conversation
Request you to please take immediate action on travalook to get my payment Refund.
