I purchased TV with 2 years extended warranty from Jeeves. Last week display stopped working and I raised complaint for repair. Technician checked and promised that part will be ordered and repair will be done within 7 days.
When I checked with customer care after 1 week, got to know that complaint was closed stating ‘accidental damage’.
I was not even aware that they closed the complaint with wrong reason. Still TV is in valid warranty. Looks like I am being cheated and need to explore consumer court option.
