I purchased 2 sets of  JASPO SX3 PROTECTIVE SET at two different times, but within a span of two weeks. The first set reached as wrong item as was sent back for replacement. Later called and complained for the delay being caused but no good action was taken, instead ever after few more days (seems like after the product got reached at their godown), instead of replacement, the order was cancelled, without even having the courtesy to discuss and take a prior concent. Above to all the refund is not yet credited yet, even after getting the intimation of refund.

The second item too reached as wrong item. Which was replaced on request. But the concern is how come repeatedly the supplier/dealer could do mistakes like this.

Being a genuine and consistent customer, this is about 3rd or 4th complaint being registerring related to various products, in a span on 1-2 months. This really testing the patience of customer and a big question of reliability being raised

My complaint is that AMAZON.IN is allowing suppliers/production companies be consistantly act irrelevant and no action being taken to scrutinise list of quality suppliers/prodcution companies. Also AMAZON.IN should bear the responsibility to deliver the item even if the supplier deny to deliver the offered product. Wrong delivery and denying offered item for the same price shall be not allowed.

I have noticed that AMAZON.COM is taking prime concern about customer’s satisfaction and taking care that no customers shall be got disturbed due to any aforementioned issues. And if, the same is not being provided here in AMAZON.IN, then it is a kind of descrimnination to the us Indians. I understand AMAZON don’t intentially want the customers get aggitated. But if, the complaint system is found not being suffient enough to ensure quality to customers, being a genuine please do necessary remedy to ensure A COMPLETE RESOLUTION TO THE COMPLAINTS BEING RAISED.
