Text of Complaint by Yasser:

I ordered food from swiggy and my food was cold and stale. I have not received any compensation. The same thing happened on my previous order as well that I made a day ago. I received refund for that. I want a full refund for this order as well as emotional compensation for the emotional harassment and disturbance that I suffered.
