I order a surprise cake for my sister. The order was picked up from the restaurant and later they called me and asked distance is far and can u cancel the order, it should be done as soon as possible. I checked with them for refund, and they told me that I’ll get refund of full amount. Later customer service agent, named Sabita, she cancelled the order herself and says there is no more refund. Please do help me on this.
