I joined the resume search company for job. They asked my aadhar card, email and my personal contact number. They told me to sign agreement and I signed that, the girl who called me didn’t tell anything about portal charges and all and at the time of signing the agreement she said that mam there is nothing more than what I told you earlier so please sign the agreement and I signed it. They gave me 600 resumes to complete whithin 7 days which is almost impossible and after 7 days they called me and asked 6500 as portal charge and she told me that if I shall not pay them I have to to go surat court because company will take legal actions against me. I was scared so I paid them 6500 and again they upload resume and sent me registration ID or password and when I told them that I shall not do this work they told me that no mam if you want to cancel the work you have to pay 6500 again because new registration ID is generated and if you do and not achieve 90% accuracy you have to pay 5500. I clearly told them that I shall not do your work and not even pay portal charge then they told that if you will not pay the charge legal actions will be taken. I told them that do whatever you guys want. And whenever I asked their advocate number they cut my call. And one day later a boy called me from another number and told that he is from legal advisor department of the company and if I want to cancel my work I have to pay 6500 otherwise the case will be registered at my mom’s name because I gave my mother voter ID as identity proof, I again asked their advocate number and they again cut my call.
I blocked their all numbers from everywhere. I am very scared. Please tell me what I do next.
