Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to regretfully inform you that the Jio Tower installed at Gautampur-Kamakhyapur, under Diyun Circle of Changlang district Arunachal Pradesh -792103 is not providing regular service which is the very worse thing in this digital era as internet service and network must be provided without stoppage every second. But this your tower doesn’t provide which is very disheartening and discouraging and making bad effect. Whenever the light goes, your network goes till the light comes but you must provide internet and network even if there is no light. Who is the technician there, isn’t the company provide fuel to run the generator to run the tower without stopping? Sometimes, even if there is light but no network and internet.
The place Jio Company has installed the Jio Tower is our local public place and we have every right to demand and get proper internet and network. Kindly help in this regards by forwarding this complaint to Jio Company.
