The order was placed at 12:27 am and the expected delivery time was 1 AM but after 20 mins of order the Zomato partner called me and ask me to cancel the order hence no delivery patner available at their end.i refuse to cancel so they ask me to wait more. After 10 mins one delivery boy assign. First of all he dint pick up the call for weather he pick up the order or not. Not at all follow my instructions what I given in the Zomato app. I request to take strict against zomato and i want the compensation for what I have been gone through.
If their app is not so eco friendly to better to remove the features from it.
