On October 22 2021 I have booked a hotel room in chennai through Agoda.com for one night stay at OYO 5287. I have made successful payment of Rs.1229 through gpay app and have received even a booking confirmation on gmail but when i approach the mentioned address i found i was cheated as there is no such property exists i tried in all possible ways to contact agoda but all went in vain
I later found out there is no customer care number for agoda i even requested for my refund through agoda app but i never got any response from them
Its like you pay for a property which doesn’t exist at all and has to stand on a road with no refund
Its such a bad experience and i need to find a solution for it and i request others not to get cheated like this by trusting a website that never has a customer care at all
