I had ordered 2 items on 28-Jun-2022 (a folding bed and baby mattress set) via order number 405-7097078-3345968. Both items were never delivered, but Amazon says they were delivered on 3-Jul-2022. I complained multiple times via chat and phones but they assured me that they would resolve the issue by 11-Jul. Now, when I tried to reach their customer care then nobody is talking with me.
