Hi,
I have ordered multiple items from Flipkart over last month and in multiple orders, many of the items are missing. After informing the same to Flipkart customer care, they assured the refunds will be processed in couple of days. As these instances increased in last few days, I repetitively complained about this to them and all of sudden I realized they have permanently blocked my account. I am trying to reach out to them using multiple forums, but so far they have not resolved the issue. On top of that when I asked about the escalation channel, they completely denied my request to take this further.
It’s highly disappointing to see an organization as big as Flipkart, have an audacity to block user’s account, even after breaking user’s trust and harassing them with missing items from delivery and forcing them to follow up with their pathetic customer care executives.
Below are the order details which had items missing from it.

Please note, even a dumb person can understand that the package they said to contain 5 items for example, can hardly hold more than 1 item.
Please suggest the next course of action or how to hold Flipkart accountable for their wrongdoing.
