Order id 889965262930_1 was delivered on 3rd November 2023 but 1 piece is missing in the order. Meesho customer care told me to raise exchange the product , but unable to raise the same due to product is not available. Customer care told me to wait for availability of the product. I waited and also called number of times that product is not available yet. Meesho again confirmed me that if 7 days exchange period is crossed. And still product is not available for the wait for availability and then call customer care. Now product is available and I called customer care to put exchange of product but now Meesho is denied for the same that its crossed exchange time. Pls help in this matter

Please be informed that as per the missing order’s policies of Meesho, missing order complaint requests can not be accepted post 7days of product delivery. We appreciate your understanding of this.
