This is regarding a complaint I had raised for one item i.e. ‘Active white
Detergent powder’.
Scenario 1 – I ordered this item on 29th May’23 with Order ID –
408-4676085-1573115. At the time of delivery, Amazon delivery person has just
gave me a missed call and after 1 minute he put a message that ‘Customer
contacted but unable to connect’. So on 2nd day I connected to the Delivery
person using PIN then he replied he will deliver the item tomorrow. I asked
him why not today as per Amazon schedule timeline but he refused to that and
said he will deliver on next day. After his reply I contacted the Customer
care and raise a complaint. Immediately after that complaint, Amazon Delivery
person cancelled my order stating ‘Delivery attempted but customer didn’t
accepted’. I don’t know what ridiculous business you are doing but without
approaching my location how Amazon delivery person can put statement like
this. This is total misconduct and fraudulent activity you are doing from
Amazon side.
Scenario 2 – Again I ordered the same item on 8th June’23 with Order ID –
408-1990592-4030763. And again I am facing the same issue. Delivery person
just gave me fraction of second missed call and Immediately put a message
that ‘Customer contacted but unable to connect’. So again I raised a
complaint.

Amazon customer support promised me it will delivered by 12th June’23 end of
day. I also connected with some senior person, he also promised, he will
personally look into it and delivered the item by 12th June. So I asked if
he failed to deliver then? On that he promised that the items will surely
be delivered by 12th June EOD and if not then he will provide Some
compensation and refund. (you can check the call recordings).
But they didn’t deliver the item nor they compensate me anything. Just gave refund that’s it.
It looks like Amazon making people fool by showing items, which they cannot
deliver or provide but just a sake of it that their organization has all the
items at cheap rate they are showing something which does not exists only.
