Item “MBTC Rapid High Bar Chair / Kitchen Stool in Black” listed in Amazon India shopping portal under order number “402-5241379-7333944” is not delivered. Initially I was told that item is cancelled and returned as it was not delivered to me. I was also told that refund for the 2 pieces of same item will be processed. I contacted Amazon India atleast 6-7 time through their portal and raised the issue. Lastly, today they said that Amazon could do nothing as product is delivered which is not true.
