Had ordered 2 items from Amazon and paid in full through credit card. None of the item delivered but Amazon claims to be delivered. On consistent calling to customer care tthey tell us wait for a few days and the matter will be resolved. Daily theres a mail about delivery by agent providing a phone no and pin but you can never get through as the number is busy 24X7.
