I have ordered cashewnut chicken curry from zomato on 13.10.19 for rs 187 through zomato app and paid online from guntur, andhra pradesh. Ordered item was declined delivery saying wrong address and order cancelled by zomato. I was not given the order nor i was given a refund. I was staying at the same address mentioned in zomato app from a very long time. I am a genuine, regular food ordering person from zomato. Is this a fair practise from zomato to me? I was not given delivery of ordered item nor i was given refund nor there was a proper channel to complain at zomato. As a honest, regular customer ofzomato i was treated like this. I feel cheated, humiliated from zomato.Nobody from Zomato contacted me for this complaint? Is this the way you people work?
