My Daughter Booked online from amazon.in on December 15th of item Phillips Air purifier
Philips AC2887/20 High Efficiency Air purifier,
removes 99.97% airborne pollutants with
numerical PM2.5 display,
paid through google pay transaction Id 934917646171 on 15 th December 2019 /5.21 PM. there is no delivery message received to my cell no from amazon or delivery agency. after tracking the website i came to know that the product was delivered on 19/12/2019.
But it is not reached to my delivery address nor with my neighbours , i have reached customer care department for clarification but after one week they are informed me is that product was delivered. They are not listening my grievance any simple closed my complaint with out proper answer.
Kindly look in to the matter and instruct amazon either deliver my item or refund my paid amount.
