Flipkart Order ID – OD221747758173464000 (quick service-90min) delivery time. I have ordered a ambrane charger with cable as essential items for mobile. Order has to reach at my home address by 10 May 11:51hrs but not delivered yet. Delivery boy updated status delivered after completing conversations with me twice. I crossed check the same from my family has Order been delivered or not got denied receipt of same. I contacted customer care but he convinced me that the same will be delivered by 11 May by 12:15hrs. After 1400hrs I contacted customer care replied me that the same will be sorted out by 12 May 12:15 hrs. I still waited but the same issue got exaggerated when I call them instead of attending my calls they are dropping my calls while transferring my call to supervisor. I was later connected to a supervisor who assured me that issue will be sorted out by 2100hrs. I redialled the care number but got reply that supervisor is not available after 2100hrs to 0900hrs next day. I lodged a complaint to executive again but he revealed that item will now be delivered by 15 May. I am asking just simple question that item which was supposed to be dropped by 90 min have taken 78 hours and supervisor is still giving reply for wait for next 48 hrs.
