This is to request you that ,I Ashmit Singh Jagdev was searching for freelancing jobs when i got an offer from resumetofill.com to complete 600 resume entries in 7 days into their portal which according to the demo video was an easy task which was ultimately to trick me to get into their agreement trap. They very quickly asked for my aadhar details, email id and signature and registered me on their website without giving any prior training of the actual work. I looked into the agreement the date on the agreement was 10. may 2021 but i got the offer on 12.may 2021 how can my agreement be made even before me getting the first offer , secondly there were 2 diffenet timeline for this work one from which was 1 month other was 7 days ,so i agreed upon 1 month timeline. I clearly informed them about me being a fresher with no experience can not work on heavy loads although this is humanly impossible work as if i take 10 minutes for 1 resume i will end up working 17-18 hours a day non stop. therefore before starting the work i looked into the actual work and informed that i will not be able to complete it in anyway as a result of which now they are forcing me to pay penalty fees of 5000+gst as membership fees and threatning me that if i fail to pay they will go with the legal proceeding. I being an undergraduate student am very affraid to go into any legal proceedings that too by a company who is counducting this fraud with many other people as seen in reviews of may social media platform, please look into the matter and help me get out of it with some permanent solution.
