Item ordered from Amazon not delivered and held at customs as per shipment tracking. Seller is neither issuing refund nor clearing the item from customs to get it delivered. Amazon A-Z guarantee is asking me for customs cost incurred for refund, but I have not even received the product to provide any customs cost. It is not the responsibility of buyer to get the item delivered, but instead of seller. Same issue mentioned in Memory Masters sellers profile by another customer but still Amazon is not issuing refund or resolving the issue.
