I have Ordered 2 Hiking jacket size L & XL and 20l backpack from decathlon online app. I only received 1 Hiking jacket size XL and 20l backpack. Hiking jacket size L is MISSING. When the delivery boy delivered the product, I have informed him immediately and he also acknowledged that there was only 2 products delivered.
After this I have raised this issue/complaint and provided all the info. After 10 days of shame investigation, they are saying nothing wrong done from their end and delivered all the provided. I have called the logistic/delivery agent and No one called him to investigate. Without giving me any details of the investigation, they are fulling/doing fraud.
Please this is a serious fraud and caused huge to the customers like me.
