Its been so many days that I am facing issues because I thought of placing an order from paytm.  I ordered red tape women shoes with the order Id as 12192930067 and with the name of Tushar.The product was to be returned and picked up on december 1. But it did not happen. After several efforts and attempts and complaints I was asked to send so many pictures of the shoe to be returned as now your company basically told that the product will not be returned anymore despite of the fact that the delay was on your behalf. And all this happened because I was constantly tagging them on twitter.After so many back and forths, finally the product was accepted for return and was picked up today but the app again shows return pickup failed. I am fed of this back and forth , can you please look into this ? There customers care number doesn’t work or their email mentioned. I am done trying to call paytm and find ways to complaint or raise requests? This is not acceptable and not how a customer is supposed to be treated.
